Providers enrolled in the program in 2019 must attest to Stage 3 objectives and measures
CMS Promoting Interoperability/Meaningful Use Program Requirements
- Attest for Stage 3 for program year 2019
- • Electronic health records must be certified to the 2015 edition of Certified EHR Technology (2015 CEHRT) in Stage 3
- Medicaid patient volume threshold of 30% (20% for pediatricians)
- EHR reporting period is a minimum of any continuous 90 days between January 1 and December 31, 2019
Incentive Payments for Eligible Professionals
- Receive incentive payments totaling up to $63,750 per provider over a 6-year period, through 2021
