HCBS Digital Health Program

Through this innovative and incentivized program, 91 provider organizations received tailored hands-on technical assistance from eHealthDC’s team of subject matter experts and technical assistants.

HIE Technical Assistance Program

In September 2024, eHealthDC, in partnership with CRISP DC, launched the HIE Technical Assistance (TA) Program. The program offers monthly training sessions to strengthen provider organizations’ proficiency with key HIE tools, including Advance Care Planning, CEND/Population Explorer, eConsent, and Health Related Social Needs (HRSN)- Link U tool. The program provides comprehensive, tool-specific monthly trainings, live demonstrations, peer-to-peer knowledge sharing, and tailored technical assistance.

EHR Data Quality Technical Assistance Program

In September 2024, the Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF) awarded a grant to the eHealthDC team to collaborate with CRISP DC in providing tailored technical assistance to improve Health Information Exchange (HIE) utilization and data quality among healthcare providers, including: Adult Substance Abuse Rehabilitative Services (ASARS), Department of Disability Services (DDS), Housing Support Services (HSS), Capital Partners in Care (CPC-HIE) Health Information Exchange, and Mental Health Rehabilitation Services (MHRS).

By March 2025, 39 pilot organizations across these cohorts joined the EHR Data Quality Technical Assistance Program, a pilot initiative focused on optimizing six key dimensions of data quality: accuracy, completeness, consistency, reliability, timeliness, and validity. Through discovery calls and EHR chart audits, the team assessed current data quality and developed customized data strategy plans to address identified gaps.

In July 2025, targeted learning communities launched to further strengthen data quality and deepen HIE engagement. The program will concluded in September 2025.
